Fusing tool
The pipes and fittings in Type Three PP-RC piping systems are connected through thermal fuse plugging. The thermal fusing tools are applied to melt the inner & outer surfaces of the fitting and pipes simultaneously and plug connect them under the specified temperature and conditions. The two pats are integrated uniformly and firmly when cooled. The connection provides good sealing, high reliability and avoids any leakage. See the table for fusing connection technical requirement.
Operation requirement
1ˇ˘Check whether or not the specifications of the pipes and fittings to be connected meet with the install action requirement before the construction.Special attention shall be paid not to misuse or mix up cold and hot water pipes;
2ˇ˘Check the visual quality of pipes and fittings. Remove any cracks found, oil and burs. Strictly follow specified technical parameters for operation.The pipes or fittings shall be inserted directly instead of being rolated during heating;
3ˇ˘There shall be a uniform fusing circle at the connection between pipes and fitting;
4ˇ˘In case of lack of skill, a line shall be marked at pipe insert point to confirm the depth, the manual insertion depth shall be strictly controlled to avoid any over insertion that causes blockage and negative influence to flow rate.
5ˇ˘The pipes can be sealed and used only after pressure test and acceptance.

Installation technical precautions
ˇńWhen temperature drops under 0ûC in winter, precaution must taken to prevent possible cracking of pipes if the pipes are hit by external force.
ˇńThe pipes shall be away from heat when stored for long time, direct sunshine shall be Avoided during product transportation or storage.
ˇńPP-RC pipe has big expansion coefficient, technical measures must be taken to prevent the thermal deformation of the pipes during the exposed or covered pipe layout.
ˇńOne support or hanger (pipe buckle seat) must be installed every 400mm in exposed layout or non-linear covered layout.
ˇńDuring installation, relevant design & installation codes must be followed, the construction workers must be trained and carry their certification badges at work.
Anti-expansion measures must be taken in case of big temperature difference:
A. In pipe vertical installation, the main pipes will expand & hrink in hot & cold conditions vertically between the two floors. One support (pipe buckle seat) shall be installed adjacent to two branches each. The distance between the supports shall not exceed 400 mm, other means can also be used to compensate, e.g., use the branch of the main pipe to compensate naturally.

B. Pipe network installed outside
1. The places where pipe network direction changes can be used to compensate linear expansion. In special case. U loop can be used to compensate the expansion, mainly for ¯50~110MM pipes. Attention must paid to split the pipe into several sections when anchoring piece is installed and expansion force can be oriented to the direction needed.
2. For ¯20~50MM pipe, mechanic binding method can be used to prevent expansion.

C. Hidden pipe layout
The pipes embedded into walls and floors can prevent expansion, the decoration must be done with the materials capable to absorb pressure and elongation force without being damaged. In case there is partition materials (meet with standard ) in the pipe, the materials shall tolerate more expansion. The outer diameter of the pipes shall not exceed ¯25MM.
